1. Overview

At Heavenly Hugs™, we value your trust and strive to deliver products that meet our quality standards. Due to the delicate nature of our faith-based plush toys with internal electronic components, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used plush toys.
• Toys that have been handled, played with, or show wear.
• Products with signs of damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing.
• Clearance or promotional items (all sales are final).

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued only after inspection of returned products.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed only if the same item is available in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued per section 4.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue at support@heavenlyhugstoys.com.

7. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
• Heavenly Hugs™ is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

9. Policy Enforcement

Heavenly Hugs™ reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for products that do not meet our return conditions.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee, USA.
